★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主、愛想なくて最悪です。常に上から目線でものを言う。どんな生き物がいるかと思い見に行っただけなのに、態度は最低。いらっしゃいませは言うものの、不審者を見るように、こちらを見る。益田で唯一のペットショップと言う事もあり、調子に乗ってる感がハンパない。今後２度とこの店では生き物を買いません。

他のクチコミにもあったように今までにないくらいの態度でした。
かなり態度悪いですね。二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主は鳩の飼育と競馬に一生懸命でちゃんと仕事してる感ないし対応も無愛想で印象最悪。約束忘れてても自分は悪くないですって顔されるのがいや。女性従業員さんが1人で頑張ってるのが気の毒。商品も埃かぶってたりして欲しけりゃどうぞって感じなので、大手のホームセンターに行く方がいい。餌もネットで安く買える。

ペットの育て方を聞けば｢餌やっとけばいい｣
文鳥の雛を購入しましたが何羽かいる中で見せられる事もなく適当に掴んで｢はい｣という感じでした。他にも喋れば喋る程腹が立った。
