あまりの甘さにギブアップ！でも折角頂いたんだし、なんとか美味しく食べたい！って思いでキャラメリーゼしました。フッ素加工のフライパンでザラメを下にして溶けるまでクルクル回す。ザラメがプツプツ褐色になって来たら終了。簡単なひと手間なので、甘さに負けず美味しくいただきましょう。
