どんな市民にも、感情を出しては駄目な部署なのに、悪意丸だしのかなり残念な対応をされました。
すぐに同じ敷地内にいた上司に報告しましたが、この上司は本人に事実確認すらしませんでした。
やはり、他府県の委託の市役所受付と比べて、掃除屋さんにはこの程度の接遇しか出来ず、荷が重かったようです。
入札段階でもう少し会社を選んでよと、思いました。
