た	たんちょこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月に急遽引っ越すことになり利用させてもらいました。部屋を見せていただく日に最初に契約をし、そのあと部屋まで行きます。 30分弱の距離です。到着後なぜかドタバタしていました。業者とのやり取りが悪く部屋の鍵がないとのこと。また30分で戻り1時間以上時間を無駄にしました。その前から所々不手際があり少しストレスを感じながら契約しました。そして写真のように提携先がライフラインの手続きを代わって行ってくれる旨が書いてあるにもかかわらず、手続きがされていないとのこと提携先も不明なので不動産屋にメールで説明。対応してくださいとメールを送りました。多少のミスは人間なのであります。ですが、この連絡に対して無視は普通におかしいと思いました。もちろん営業日にメールをしています。止水までの期限に間に合わなさそうだったので自分で申し込みしました。 5日以上経っても何の連絡もないです。契約後は関係ないようです。この他のクチコミで親切丁寧とありますがこんな対応をされてるのでサクラが書いたんかなって思いますね。以上。 I will move in a hurry in October I used it.
