★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 競売やらで手に入れた物件にお金をかけて、格安で販売する会社のようです。確かに安いし、きれいにして売ってくれるのはありがたいのですが、競売時の情報収集力が少し足りない気がします。せめてお隣の方に何も問題がないかどうかくらいは調べておいて下さい。
お隣の人がたいへん問題のある方で、契約寸前にお隣が怒鳴り込んできてました。こんな恐ろしい人が隣りにいる家は住めません。
