★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日内見したが物件の詳細も渡さない、礼儀としてスリッパを持参したがここでは用意していない、礼金は物件設備の為と言う（解釈の違い？）普通借家契約なのか聞いても答えない。あまり不動産屋がないためなのか基本的に昔ながらの貸してやるよのスタイルなんだろうと思う。
 I had a look at the property the other day, but I didn't give the details of the property, I brought slippers as a courtesy, but I didn't prepare it here. .. I think it's basically the old-fashioned style of lending, probably because there aren't many real estate agents.
