★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いが職員として働いていますが、仕事の出来る人と出来ない人で仕事量の差が激しい。できる人には山ほど押し付けて、その間できない人は椅子に座って休んでいられる状態。
そのくせ押し付けられた仕事が早く終わると「サボろうとして雑に早くやった」と言われる始末
腰痛持ちになり仕事に行く前はいつも頭痛と吐き気に襲われるような状態になりほとんど鬱状態。
グループ分けされていて他の所ならまだマシだろうけど、こんな労働環境で介護形態がいいとは思えない。世話になりたくない。

カタログの配達で伺いました、女性の事務の方が配達物を受け取りながら、サインいるんですか？いるんなら逆にいらないのに、との事、非接触という観点から言わんとされてる事はわかりますが、一生懸命配達してる人間に言う内容ではないと思います。
自ずから施設内容が推測できました。
こちらへの配達は拒否することにします。
