★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ食事が残ってるのに下げられ、まだ閉店時間でもないのにドリンクバーも片付けられ、お湯入れようとしたらもうお湯出ませんよ、だけ。すみませんの一言もなし。終始ふてこすぎて不快すぎました〜アルバイトっぽい女性の方、接客低レベルすぎ。
 The food was lowered even though there was still food left, and the drink bar was cleaned up even though it wasn't closed yet, and when I tried to add hot water, the water wouldn't come out anymore. I'm sorry, no word. It was too uncomfortable from beginning to end ~ For females who look like part-time jobs, the level of customer service is too low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪ビジネスパークというオフィス街のなかで、コスパ最強ファミリーレストランが在ることに、そしてサイゼリアということに、イタリアに感謝しましょう。単品での強さは言うまでもありませんが、近年はランチにも戦力増強され、全方位的に欠点のない断トツなファミリーレストランになっております。こちらはTWIN21の3階と、少しアクセスしづらい気もする場所ですが、大阪ビジネスパークの街路を眺めながらのランチはサイゼリアなのにお洒落に感じられるのは素晴らしいと思います。各地にあるサイゼリアの中でも、特におすすめしたい、ベストサイゼリアの一つです。
Let's thank Italy for having the strongest family restaurant in COSPA in the office district of Osaka Business Park and for being Saizeriya. Not to mention the strength of a single item, in recent years the strength has been strengthened for lunch, and it has become an unrivaled family restaurant with no defects in all directions. This is the 3rd floor of TWIN21, which is a little difficult to access, but I think it's wonderful that lunch while looking at the streets of Osaka Business Park feels fashionable even though it's Saizeriya. It is one of the best Saizeriyas that I would especially like to recommend among the Saizeriyas in each region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンパクトサイゼ 一寸した軽食やランチにロケーション的に便利 此処でゆっくり食事には向きません 席が小さくドリンクバーも狭いせいか落ち着きません 2席離れた客の会話がガンガン聞こえて来るのも一因かも
Compact Saizeriya Convenient location for small meals and lunch. Not suitable for slow meals here. The seats are small and the drink bar is small, so it's uncomfortable.
