田	田内ひなか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族５人小さい(2歳)子供含めた大人2人子供3人で利用しましたが、店員の、対応が最悪でした。案内が若い女性でしたが、子供椅子に対応していないテーブルに通したようでこちらはそんなこと知らずに子供椅子を利用してましたら注文商品をもった社員のようなおばさま(制服が違います)がこのテーブルに対応しておらず危険だから使わないでくれと言われ、いや、使わないと食べさせられないしちゃんとみておくから問題ないと自己責任であると伝えたが引き下がらないのでいや、そもそもここに通したのはあなた方であるしそれなら通すべきではないと伝えたところなら席変えますと席替えしました。それでおわればいいのですがその偉そうな社員らしきおばさまが注文商品を間違えてもってきたのに、少ししてから声かけもなく、新しい商品と取り替えようとしたためいや、まずすみませんの一言もないんですか？と聞いたらいえ、間違えてたので。と日本語を理解できないようでした。単価ぎ安いとはいえ、最低限の一般的な接客すらできないのはいかがなものかと思います。他の店舗も利用してますがそんなことは１度もないです。この店舗利用する人はイライラする接客されることを覚悟で利用した方が良いです。フランチャイズでもない直営店でこのレベルはひどすぎる。バイトなら仕方ないけど制服が違うということは社員かそれに準ずる方なのにまともな接客できないことは恥じた方が良いと思う。 Family 5 small (2 years old) 2 adults including children with 3 children I used it, but the clerk's response was the worst.
