以前から気になっていた甚五郎に初訪問です。 武蔵野うどん大盛を注文し、ボリュームに感激 細打ちのうどんは喉越しも良く、濃い目のつゆが良く絡みます。 天ぷらもサクサクで、この日はエビ、ピーマン、人参、さつまいもに舞茸と、品数も抱負でした。 ほうれん草と茄子の煮物も、つゆに浸すと味が染み込み、うどんと一緒に食べても味と食感を損なうことなく美味しく頂けました。 特徴的なつゆは、醤油と椎茸に豚肉の脂が合わさり、濃厚でコクのある旨味がクセになる美味しさです。 残念なのは、折角の温かいつゆが食べ終わる頃には冷めてしまうことでしょうか。 他のメニューも非常に美味しそうだったので、次回チャレンジします。

●温かい田舎ソバ食べたー ●寒すぎて温かいうどんを初めて食べました。美味しかったけど蕎麦の方が好きかな。温かい蕎麦もどうかなー? ●またまた大盛せいろ。たまには違うものを(^-^;(笑) ●天ざるせいろの大盛。うめー✨ ●またまたせいろの大盛。ホント昼時は混んでるんだなー。座席数はあるけどグループ向けの配置。一人とか二人は相席状態になるので、これはちょっと苦手⤵️ ●せいろの大盛をチョイス。どなたかの書き込みにあったけど、大盛だと汁が薄くなるって。なった(笑)調整したつもりなんだけどな。なった(笑)蕎麦は もう少し固めでもいいかなって思ったが好きな蕎麦の味。これなら、いろんなメニューを試してみたいな。周りを見たら うどんも美味しそう?昼をずらせばそんなに混んでないから大丈夫ですね。 ●今回は鴨汁そばを注文。出汁汁いいねぇ。しっかり蕎麦に絡みます。うどんも合いそう。ここでよく思う疑問。付け汁タイプの時に蕎麦湯がきたら、大きな鴨汁の器にドボドボいれるのかしら??やったけど、どんなにいれても濃かったな(笑)

お店は古民家を改修しており、趣◎。アクセスは良いとは言えないものの、お昼の早めの時間に来店したにも関わらずほぼ満席。来客の殆どが蕎麦を注文しているなか、武蔵野うどんを注文。つゆは武蔵野うどんの基本的なソレ(肉汁感を全面に出していないが濃いめ)。うどんは細めの平打麺。腰はそこまででつよく無いが、もちもち且つ、つるつるで食べやすく、うどんそのものが美味しい。大盛りを注文したが、箸が止まらず、一気に完食してしまいました。うどんにも蕎麦湯?がつくので、うどん完食後もつゆを美味しくいただけます。

立川の友人宅へ泊まりで遊びに来た際にお昼に連れてきてもらいました。 伺った日は水曜日でしたが、土日は大行列ができるから心配と言うことでオープンの11時に到着。一番乗りでした。 子供連れでしたがお座敷があるので安心して食事ができます。 友人おすすめの、武蔵野うどんと武蔵野蕎麦頼みましたが、ボリューム満点でびっくり。天ぷら、なすとほうれん草のお浸し、メインの蕎麦もボリューム満点。お汁も豚バラ肉入りのどんぶりサイズ(笑) もう、お腹いっぱいでした。 天ぷらも、人参、さつまいも、舞茸、むきエビと食べやすいサイズでサクサク!! お汁は東京風って言ったらいいのかな?醤油色でしたが、優しいお味でした。 土地柄、黄金色のお汁に慣れているので都内で過ごした学生時代に食べた蕎麦を思い出しました(笑) 11時半には続々とお客様が来店されて人気があること、土日は混むんだろうな~と思いながらお会計。 子供にペコちゃんキャンディーを選ばせてくれ、子供もご機嫌でした。 しっかりした雰囲気の蕎麦屋さんって、子供連れには敷居が高いですが、とても感じがよく、またぜひ行きたいなと思いました。 愛知県在住なので中々行けないのが残念(笑) あんまり混んで欲しくない(友人談)ですが、お値段以上なお店なので、ぜひ行かれてみてくださいね☺️

古民家風の、うどんのお店。武蔵野うどんは、一般的な武蔵野うどんより、麺が細くてつるつるしており、麺は比較的普通です。汁には豚肉と野菜だけしか入っておらず、別皿で天ぷらと、茹でたナスや青菜が出されます。具を一つ一つ別に調理しているあたりが、結構手が混んでますね。つるつるしたうどんが普通に美味しいです。 平日に訪問したので、混雑はしていませんでした。駐車場も余裕で停められました。客は、地元客風の人が多かったです。座敷席とカウンター席のみ。パーティションが設置されていてコロナ対策はしっかりしているようでした。
