★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市杵島姫命を祀る村の神社。「弁財天」というと銭洗い弁天のように水を想起させるが、榎戸弁財天には池や川などはない。しかし境内に橋の安全を祈願する石橋供養塔がある。これは何らかの流れがあった名残だろうか。石橋供養塔は弘化年間（1840年代）に、村のこの辺りの氏子一同（願主惣組中）が建てた物のようだ。この社のご神体は、阿豆佐味天神社・立川水天宮にすでに合祀されているという話を聞いたことがある。しかし小ぢんまりとしたお社や境内はきれいに管理されており、今でも信仰の対象となっていることが感じられる。
A shrine in a village dedicated to Himemei Ichikishima. "Benzaiten" reminds of water like Zensen Benten, but there are no ponds or rivers in Enokido Benzaiten. However, there is a stone bridge memorial tower praying for the safety of the bridge. Is this a remnant of some flow? The Ishibashi memorial tower seems to have been built by all of the pupils around here in the village during the Honghua Year (1840s). I have heard that the shrine of this shrine has already been enshrined at Azu Sami Ten Shrine, Tachikawa Suitengu. However, the small company and the precincts are kept in good condition, and it is felt that they are still the subject of religion.
