★ ★ ★ ★ ★ auでiPhone6S Plusを購入して１週間程度でホームボタンが火傷するほど発熱しっぱなしになり、auショップに行ったところ案の定、アップルストアか認定店のカメラのキタムラ／イオン仙台幸町店で見てもらうよう言われました。近かったのでキタムラに行ったんですが笑顔で丁寧に対応いただき、アップルストアと変わらぬ処理をしてもらいました。当たり前のことかもしれませんが安心感があって良かったです。

予約時店員に、圏外対象と言われ夕方の時間まで一旦帰宅
夕方片道一時間かけやっと順番。
他の店員が担当になり圏外対象外と言われた。
なぜ朝受付の時確認した時okもらえたのに対象外？
腑に落ちないのでappleの宅配修理頼んだらすぐ新しいiPhone送ってくれた。
ちゃんと見て修理してください

確実に修理してもらうには予約は必須だと思いますが、私は予約なしで開店1時間前の9時頃から並びました。平日だったこともあり、1番目に並ぶことができ整理券(11時受付)を貰いました。ちなみに、私の次に並んでいた人は11:40、その次は12:40頃になっており、早めに並んでおけば当日対応も可能だと思います。店員さんもとても丁寧に対応してくださり、AppleCare+の保証内となり、税込3,672円で液晶の交換を行ってもらいました。液晶のみの修理だったため、データが消えることもありませんでした。
下手な非正規店で修理するより絶対いいと思います。

I think reservations are essential to ensure repairs, but I lined up from around 9 o'clock, one hour before the store opened, without reservations. Since it was a weekday, I was able to line up first and got a numbered ticket (reception at 11:00). By the way, the people who lined up next to me were around 11:40, and the next one was around 12:40, so if you line up early, I think it's possible to respond on the day. The clerk also responded very politely, and it was covered by the AppleCare + warranty, and I had the LCD replaced for 3,672 yen including tax. Since the repair was only for the LCD, the data did not disappear.
I think it's definitely better than repairing at a poor non-regular store.

イオン幸町の2階にありますので、駐車場には余裕があります。
バスであれば、「ガス局経由 鶴ケ谷七丁目（東仙台営業所）」に乗車、幸町五丁目バス停が便利です。本数は1時間に2本くらいです。
自分が行った時期（年末）はなかなか予約が取れませんでした。
早めにネットで予約を取られることをお勧めします。予約なしでは修理を受けてくれません。
（チェックのみであれば予約なしでも受けてくれるようです）
iPhoneのバッテリー交換を依頼しましたが1時間半ほどで完了しました。混んでいなければ1時間くらいで完了するそうです。
応対は丁寧で分かりやすく良かったと思います。

I requested to replace the iPhone battery, but it was completed in about an hour and a half. If it is not crowded, it will be completed in about an hour.

アップルケアの保証期間が切れる直前でしたが、スムーズに予約出来、当日も担当の方が丁寧に説明してくれて整備して頂きました。
バッテリー交換だけなら他の修理業者でもいいでしょうけど、iPhone11以降なら社外バッテリーに交換するとバッテリー容量表示出来なくなるし保証も当てにならないので、公式の修理店が確実。
約1時間程度で作業終了。待ってる間にイオン店内でお買い物するもよし。何かと便利なとこにあるのでそれもよし。
