ご主人夫婦も人柄が温かそう。
席数が少ないけど、経営は大丈夫かと…。よけいなお世話ですね。

蕎麦や天ぷらはもちろんのこと、一品料理も手抜き無しで最高です♪
店主さんは一見無愛想に見えますが、ちょっと茶目っ気もあり、お話もきちんとしてくれます。
ゆっくり食事や飲みたい方に、良いと思います。

そばもうまいし、そのほか、モツ煮込みや天ぷらなどもうまい。
夕方しか開いていないのが残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もりそば 650円。量は決して多いとはいえないがうまい蕎麦です。おつまみ類も安く種類も多いので家が近くだったら通いたい店です。

店主が配膳時に丁寧に
「本日のサービスで梨を付けてます」
「蕎麦湯をどうぞ」
と、溜まった蕎麦粉を混ぜるマドラー付きで持ってきてくれてましたよ?
手打ち蕎麦は言うに及ばず、天ぷらもサックリ揚がっていて美味しかった?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたお店。外観はかなりレトロな感じで店内が見えないのでなかなか訪問するのを躊躇していましたが、この日はちょっと飲んだ後だったので思い切って入店。
時間は20時。21時閉店とのことなのであまりのんびりできないか。
店内に入ると、意外と明るめでお客さんでにぎわっています。いい雰囲気です。
まずは日本酒をいただきながらメニューを拝見。かなり多くの料理があるのですね。壁にもたくさんの料理が書かれていて期待が高まります。
おつまみとして生マグロと厚揚げを注文。生マグロは新鮮でとても美味しい。そば屋さんで刺身を食べられると思っていなかった。厚揚げも熱々で歯ごたえあり。日本酒に合いますね。
そしていい感じで酔ったところでそばにいきますか。
わたしは鴨せいろ、連れはエビ野菜天盛りをお願いします。
そばは手打ちでそばの香りがとてもいいし、つるつるしこしこで喉ごしもよくかなりのハイレベル。これに鴨の味のだし汁につけていただくととってもいい感じ。日本酒を飲みながら手打ちそばをいただく幸せ。とってもいい気分になりました。
店主はとても気さくな方。日本酒を注いでくれるときは「ちょっと目が見えないから多めにそそいでしまいそうで」なんて冗談を言いながらたっぷりのサービス。
お店の外観だけで判断してはダメですね。リピート確定です。
A store that I've always been interested in. The exterior looks quite retro and I couldn't see the inside of the store, so I hesitated to visit it, but I took the plunge because it was after a little drink on that day.
The time is 20:00. It's closed at 21:00, so can't you relax too much?
When you enter the store, it is surprisingly bright and crowded with customers. It's a nice atmosphere.
First of all, take a look at the menu while having sake. There are quite a lot of dishes. Many dishes are written on the wall, which raises expectations.
I ordered raw tuna and fried tofu as snacks. Raw tuna is fresh and very delicious. I didn't expect to eat sashimi at a soba restaurant. Atsuage is also hot and chewy. It goes well with sake.
And do you go by when you get drunk with a good feeling?
I'd like a duck bamboo steamer, and my companion would like a shrimp vegetable heaven.
The buckwheat is handmade and has a very nice scent of buckwheat, and it is smooth and chewy and has a very high level. It's very nice to add it to the duck-flavored soup stock. Happiness to have handmade soba while drinking sake. I felt very good.
The owner is a very friendly person. When pouring sake, there is plenty of service while joking, "I'm a little blind, so I'm likely to pour a lot."
You can't judge just by the appearance of the store. Repeat is confirmed.
