I visited for construction. The attitude of the elderly receptionist was a little intimidating and I felt a little unpleasant from the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般でも見学の2週間前までに、電話で申し込みすれば、祝祭日と年末年始を除く、月曜日から金曜日（午前9時～午後3時）に見学することが出来ます。結構綺麗。
Even in general, if you apply by phone at least two weeks before the tour, you can visit from Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 3:00 pm), excluding holidays and the year-end and New Year holidays. It's pretty beautiful.
