モ	モッチ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クレジットカードの上限金額の説明など一切なく、こちらから聞いても分からないなどとても不快でした。また未成年でカードを作るということで、対応もとても舐められていて窓口は最悪です。窓口の前の軽い説明をして頂く人はとても快く対応してくれましたが窓口は最悪です。全て終わってから銀行を出てからも交差点で呼び止められ、また窓口行って書かなくてはいけないなど、何度も繰り返させられとても大変で、それでも何かの不備があったのかカードも1ヶ月来ないなど、ここの支店でカードを作るのは正直考えた方がいいと思います。 There was no explanation of the upper limit of the credit card at all, and it was very unpleasant to hear from here. h	hani hani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はじめての利用。他のメガバンクのように、事前予約を入れたり、待たされるストレスはなかった。やはり大宮に比べると浦和って企業は少ないし、ゆうちょ銀行が皆さんのメインバンクなのだろうか？びっくりするぐらい空いている。対応が早かったのは良かったのだが、一緒に機械操作をやる際、窓口の女性スタッフが操作を間違え私が教えてあげるなど、ちょっと頼りなかった。最寄り駅の埼玉りそなの支店もそうだが、この銀行のスタッフって特に専門的なキャリアを積んだ人ではなく、その辺のパートのおばさんを雇っているのかなと思ってしまう。頭の回転の速さとか仕事ぶりとか接遇とか、大手メガバンクに比べるとかなり庶民的というか、レベルの差を感じてしまう。というか、若い女性行員がいないからかな?（最近の金融機関の窓口って40代以上が多い気がするけどこれって埼玉だから?東京はそんなことなかったので…）あと制服ではなく私服だったところは良いと思う。コスト削減か理由はわからないが、制服である必要はないと思うし、今金融機関も大変なのだからコストカットできるところはどんどんやるべき。 First time use.
