★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手続きで必要なものを、きちんと確認もせずに伝えられ、再度訪問すると書類が足りなかったり、言われた内容と手続きが異なったりで、取引に想定外の支障をきたしてしまいました。
こちらは何度も念をおして確認して、返ってきた返答通りに準備したと言うのに、窓口ではこちらの不備とあしらわれてしまいます。
再訪問時の窓口の方の対応はしょうがないけれど、最初の総合受付で、きちんと確認をとらずに返事をしてしまうのは危険だと思いました。せめて、こちらが本当にこれで大丈夫？と訊いたあとの返事には、自信がなかったらきちんとした人に指示を仰いで欲しいです。また、受付の人にはきちんとした知識を持つよう教育してもらえると安心できます。
大事な手続きをされる方は、総合受付の方の言葉をうのみにせず、窓口の方の確認をとられた方がよろしいと思います。
総合受付は、簡単な用事だけにとどめた方がいいです。何かあっても相手方は何も責任をとってくれませんので。
I was told what I needed in the procedure without properly confirming it, and when I visited again, the document was not enough, the content and the procedure I told were different, which caused unexpected troubles in the transaction.
Although I confirmed it over and over and made preparations according to the returned reply many times, at the counter, it is treated as this incompatibility.
Although there was no chance for the counter in the window at the time of the revisit, there was no use, but I thought it dangerous to reply without proper confirmation at the first general reception. At least, is this really OK? If you do not have confidence in the reply after asking "I want you to ask instructions to a neat person. Also, you can be relieved if the receptionist gets educated to have proper knowledge.
Those who do important procedures do not trust the words of the comprehensive receptionist but think that it was better to have checked by the counter.
It is better for the general receptionist to keep it only for simple business. Even if something happens the other party will not take any responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業時間が他の銀行は15時で終わってしまうが、こちらは17時まで銀行窓口がやっている。小銭の預け入れは18時まで出来る。18時以降はお札しか預け入れ出来ない。ATM使用時に何か困った事があれば、窓口が営業している時間だったら、その場で声かけすれば、誰かしらがヘルプで来てくれる。毎月25日、10日などは給料日だったり、支払期限だったりでATMに20人以上の列が出来るので、時間に余裕を持たないと無理。
The opening hours of other banks end at 15:00, but this is the bank window until 17:00. You can deposit coins by 18:00. Only banknotes can be deposited after 18:00. If you have any troubles when using ATM, if the window is open, ask someone on the spot and someone will help you. On the 25th and 10th of every month, it is impossible to afford time because there are more than 20 people in the ATM due to the payday or due date.
