今の所、うどん県(香川県)で一番美味い蕎麦屋さんだと思います。
天ざるを頂きました。
天ぷらは、揚げたてサクサク(山の幸のみ)
蕎麦も太いですが美味いです。
ご馳走様でした。
20190818賢見神社参拝の帰りに２度目の昼食。
駐車場も最後の１台のスペースに滑り込み。
冷やしおろしそば大盛り、天ぷら付きを頂きました。
今回も、天ぷらは揚げたてサクサク(山の幸のみ)
暑い時期は、大根おろしが爽やかでとても美味い。
ご馳走様でした。
店を出ると「完売致しました！」本日最後の1杯でした。
20190922最近「瀬戸内のウユニ塩湖」として有名になった父母ｹ浜へ行く前に昼食を頂きました。
今回も冷やしおろしそば大盛り、天ぷら付きを頂きました。
天ぷらは揚げたてサクサク(山の幸のみ)だけど前回とは内容が違う！
相変わらず大根おろしが爽やかでとても美味い。
ご馳走様でした。
20190526Soba shop stopped by on the way to Oboke
For now, I think it is the most delicious soba restaurant in Udon (Kagawa).
I received a tempura.
Tempura is freshly fried crispy
The buckwheat is also thick but delicious.
It was a treat.
20190818 Second lunch on the way home from Kenmi Shrine.
The parking lot also slides into the last space.
We had a large serving of chilled grated soba with tempura.
Again, tempura is freshly fried
During hot weather, radish grated radish is refreshing and delicious.
It was a treat.
When I left the store, it was sold out! It was the last cup today.
20190922 We had lunch before going to Parents Minatohama, which became famous as “Uyuni Salt Lake in Setouchi”.
This time, we had a large serving of chilled grated soba and tempura.
Tempura is fried and crisp (only for the mountain), but the content is different from the previous one!
As usual, the daikon radish is refreshing and very delicious.
It was a treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ざる蕎麦大盛りを頂きました。太くて短い黒い田舎そばでした。天ぷらはサクサクの野菜で量もたっぷり、美味しかったよ。
I received a large serving of Tenzaru Soba. It was a thick and short black countryside soba. The tempura was crispy vegetables and the amount was plentiful and it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早朝、立ち食い蕎麦やってます。ちょっとお値段高め設定ですが年１程度なら良いかも。甘辛い出汁にホッとしますよ。
Early in the morning, I'm doing standing soba noodles. The price is a little high, but maybe once a year. I'm relieved by the sweet and spicy soup stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なるべくすいている時間帯と思って昼１時頃訪れてみましたが、テーブル席はいっぱいで、カウンター席でした。
店長お薦めの「冷やおろし天そば」をいただきました。
注文して１０分ほどで出来上がりました。
おろしは夏大根特有の辛みが強く、おろしの半分ほどを天つゆに入れて使わせてもらいました。
カラッとあがって美味しい天ぷらです。コシの強い田舎そばがさっぱりしていてとても美味しかったです。
I visited around 1 pm, thinking that it was a busy time, but the table seats were full and it was a counter seat.
I received the "Cold Grated Tensoba" recommended by the manager.
It took about 10 minutes to order.
The grated radish has a strong spiciness peculiar to summer radish, so I put about half of the grated radish in Tentsuyu and used it.
It is a delicious tempura that rises crisply. The chewy countryside soba was refreshing and very delicious.

注文を取ってから作る天ぷらが安くてうまい。
徳島側からアクセスすると、店舗の駐車場への出入りがちょっとし辛いかも。

If you access from the Tokushima side, it may be a little difficult to get in and out of the parking lot of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この道を通るたびに気になってたお店でした。11時くらいから混むとの他の方の投稿を見て、開店の10時30分にお邪魔しました。すでに1名が召し上がってました。
店員さんがおすすめは冷おろし天セットとのことで、それと菜めし(小)を注文。
お蕎麦は黒くてぶっとい田舎蕎麦ですが、讃岐うどん並みのコシとなめらかさがあって美味いです。大根おろしがしっかりと辛みもあってつゆと一緒に蕎麦に絡んで最高でした。大盛は200円増しなので、次はそうしてみよう。
天ぷらは、ほろ苦い葉っぱ(名前わからず)、かぼちゃ、ピーマン、茄子、エリンギ、ちくわとシンプル。でも、どれもサクサクに揚がってます。
菜めしは、ほのかに塩気がいい感じ。
価格も比較的安い設定なのかな。
最後は食器などを返却口に戻すシステムですが、セルフが多いうどん県ですので、問題なし。
帰り際、お店の方が「お気をつけて」の声かけがうれしい。
退店後、近くの道の駅で買い物してから、再度、お店の前を通ったら、すでに駐車場はいっぱいでした。
土日が営業はうれしいので、また来ようと思います。牛めしも人気とのことで、次はそれもチャレンジしてみたいと思います。
2021.11.3追記
冬季メニューのしっぽくそばと牛めしをいただきました。
しっぽくそばは、たっぷりの野菜が入った温かいそばです。
牛めしは、一般的な牛丼のように玉ねぎなどの具はなく、品名どおり本当に甘辛く煮てある牛肉のみのった丼です。
It was a shop that I was curious about every time I passed this road. I saw other people's posts when it was crowded from around 11 o'clock, and I visited at 10:30 when the store opened. One person has already eaten.
The clerk recommends a cold grated heaven set, so I ordered it and a small rice dish.
The buckwheat noodles are black and stuffy countryside buckwheat noodles, but they are as chewy and smooth as Sanuki udon noodles and are delicious. The grated daikon radish was very spicy and it was great to be entwined with soba noodles with soup. Omori is 200 yen more, so let's do that next time.
Tempura is simple with bittersweet leaves (I don't know the name), pumpkin, peppers, eggplant, trumpet mushrooms, and chikuwa. But all of them are crispy.
The rapeseed is slightly salty.
I wonder if the price is relatively cheap.
The last is a system that returns tableware etc. to the return port, but there is no problem because there are many self-service in Udon prefecture.
On my way home, I'm glad that the shop says "Be careful".
After leaving the store, I went shopping at a nearby roadside station, and when I passed in front of the store again, the parking lot was already full.
I'm happy to be open on Saturdays and Sundays, so I'll come back again. Beef rice is also popular, so I would like to try it next time.
2021.11.3 Addendum
I had Shippokuan soba and beef rice on the winter menu.
Shippokuan is a warm soba with plenty of vegetables.
Gyudon is a bowl of beef that is really sweet and spicy, as the name suggests, without any onions or other ingredients like a regular beef bowl.
