カードが届いてから送るよう改善して欲しい。

みずほブルーのUCカード（一体型）だったはずなのに、いつの間にやらセゾンカードに化けていた様です。
ここ数年来のリボ払い攻勢（郵送・電話）は過剰に過ぎます。先ほども大阪から品のない電話がかかってきました。
いかに営業の自由とはいえ社会の要請に反するやり方は如何なものでしょうか。結果として社会の営みを壊す様な、その独善的なやり方は反社会的といえます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カードの契約はすぐできるが、解約をさせずらくしております。解約は「電話口のみ」その電話にも全然繋がりません。サービスの変更などはネットで知らせるくせに解約はネットでできないというなかなか素敵な会社です。
You can sign up for a card right away, but it is difficult to cancel it. Cancellation is "only at the phone" and does not connect to the phone at all. It is a very nice company that you can not cancel the contract even though you will be notified of service changes online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カード不正使用に対する対応が不親切。使用できなくなってから1週間ほどしてこちらから連絡するまで対応なし。自宅に電話をしたというが受信した形跡なし。郵送での連絡はこちらから電話した当日送る予定だったとのこと。いい加減な回答に感じました。顧客からの連絡がなくとも、早々にメールで連絡することも可能です。対応方法の改善を希望します。
