済生会外来センター病院の利用者用の立体駐車場です。利便性の良いのは一階と四階ですが、一階部分は、朝には直ぐに埋まってしまいます。四階も済生会外来センター病院の三階部分と繋がる通路が在るので、利用し易いのですが、ここも早い時間に埋まります。でも、お見舞いなど、健康な人は、他の階に、出来るだけ駐車して欲しいですね。一階部分と四階部分は、体調が悪かったり、障害者の方々の為に、出来るだけ空けておいて欲しいです。四階の障害者向けのスペースに、健常者が駐めている事が有り、苦々しく思う(私は健常者ですが)時が有ります。優しい社会になって欲しいですね。この駐車場の造りとしては、かなり問題が有ります。登る車と降る車が合流する所が有るので、そこが危険ですし、たまに逆走している車も有ったりして、そんな時は本当にヤバい位に危険です。なので、ゆっくり安全運転で移動して下さい。

This is a multilevel parking lot for users of Saiseikai Outpatient Center Hospital. The convenience is on the 1st floor and 4th floor, but the 1st floor will be filled up in the morning. The 4th floor also has a passage that connects to the 3rd floor of the Saiseikai Outpatient Center Hospital, so it's easy to use, but it fills up early too. However, if you are healthy, such as a visit, I would like you to park on the other floor as much as possible. I want the first floor and the fourth floor to be open as much as possible for people with physical disabilities and people with disabilities. There are times when people with disabilities are in the space for people with disabilities on the 4th floor, which makes me feel bitter (though I am normal). I want you to become a kind society. There are quite some problems with the construction of this parking lot. There are places where climbing cars and descending cars meet, so it is dangerous, and sometimes there are cars running in reverse, which is really dangerous at such times. So please drive slowly and safely.
