病院の設備は綺麗だが、愛想良い看護師と悪い看護師が極端。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母、くも膜下後のリハビリ入院。療法士は、とても丁寧にリハビリをしてくださいましたが
以前から担当医浅○、担当看護師栗○の評価が低いこともわかっていたので
毎日付き添うようにリハビリなど付き添っていたのですが、
母とともに自分の評価もかなり老健からいただいた
病院からの情報提供情報を見てとんでもなく低く記入あり
私には、母の介護がムリのような内容で愕然としたです。
（自宅回収が間に合わないこともあって老健を進められ)
そのような情報提供書だったこともあり
（しかたなく自宅回収の間老健に入所させたのですが)
鍵のつく、かなり程度の進んだ重度認知(痴呆)フロアーに
入れられてしまいまして
翌日すぐ老健退所、
その後老健から届いたリハ情報提供を拝見。
このように痴呆老人は、作られるのかと思ったしだいでした。
他看護師、療法士様には、大変お世話になっただけに残念でした。
ただ今、母はおかげさまで階段昇降もなんとかクリアして
以前からお世話になってますケアマネのプランに助けていただき
掛かり付け医院に、杖で通えています。
退院から…1ヵ月ちょとになりますが
介護認定は
高いほうが使用料(サポート料が多く必要ですし)も
高くなるのもわかってきましたので
(退院した時点で、要介護４でした)
リハビリ病院も施設も商売？なので
介護認定は、高くないといけないのかもしれませね?!
母の介護認定更新の時期なので
本日、母の認定更新テスト？がありましたが
介護認定もかなり下がるかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が脳出血からの左半身マヒのリハビリで入院しましたが一言、理学療法士など名古屋で一番多いだけ。親切な理学療法士がいれば態度の悪い理学療法士もかなりいました。エレベーターの中で脳梗塞からの言語障害のお爺ちゃんを理学療法士数人がまともに喋れないのをバカにしてたのを目の前で見ました。こんな人間たちがリハビリしてるの？と不快に思いました。また「退院後は施設へ！」と主治医の意見を無視して在宅介護をしましたが自力で立ち上げることすらできなかった母が退院、半年後には外を介助で歩けるまでに回復しました。なにより一番許せないのは、再び二年後にショートステイに預けた時、軽い脳梗塞を起こされ、その後のリハビリ入院を以前のこともあり拒否されたことです。次のリハビリ病院を探してる間に母はインフルエンザの院内感染（病院は隠ぺい）で決まって移転したリハビリ病院ですぐに肺炎で亡くなりました。母の運命だったかもしれませんがこの病院は入院を平気で拒否する病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分は完全自立だったので看護師とのコミュニケーションは少なかったが、理学療法士はとことん親身に向き合ってくれた。適当なリハビリでお茶を濁す病院が多い中、このような病院が近くにあったことを幸運に思う

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 割と軽い状態で入院したので、ある程度客観視できるかと思い印象を。
病棟は新築3年程度と新しく、４人部屋も一人分のスペースは古い病院に比べて広めでした。Wi-Fiがないのは残念。
私に対応したスタッフさんは皆献身的でした。病院経営からか、無駄じゃないの？と思われる検査も行われましたが、どこの病院でも行われること、業界の問題かな。入院患者の中には重症の方も多く、わがままになる（ならざるを得ない）患者も少なくなく看護等辛抱強く対応されているようですが、若いスタッフが多いのと仕事とはいえ人なので召使いのように扱われ時にはキレ気味に対応してしまうこともあるよう。時節柄と高齢者が多いのでコロナとインフルにはかなり気を使っているようです。インフルワクチンを半強制的に打ちました。退院後の生活も色々心配していただきリハビリ病院皆そうなのか、ここがそうなのかはわかりませんが、好印象でした。
医療はまだまだ発展途上でそこに完璧を望むべきではないと思いますが、担当者がそれぞれの持ち場で持てる力を一所懸命発揮していただければ、結果が芳しくなくとも受け入れることも大切かと思います。職務に忠実でないとか責任放棄、怠慢は厳しく対応すべきかと思います。どんな仕事でも同じですが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年末から2021年1月末までお世話になりました。まだ早いと先生方が言われる中で要望に応えて頂き、退院後2週間で介護の仕事に復帰出来ました。もしこの時期を逃せば会社の不信感は増え戻れなかったかも知れません。
退院時に比べると麻痺は増していますが、他人に出来る事ならとの思いで1年が過ぎました。
院内で行なって頂いた調理実習は自信になりました。ここでリハビリが出来て感謝していま。
