永井荷風追慕碑が境内にある。大正時代、鳴海小作争議の決起集会が行われた。
An ancient temple of the Shinshu Otani school (east). The history is old, and the main hall and the precincts are wide and the style of a prestigious temple drifts. It is always cleaned neatly.
There is a Nagai Kafu Memorial Monument on the grounds. In the Taisho era, a rally for the Narumi Tennessee Dispute was held.
