群馬の法林寺さんや見沼の国昌寺と同じ宗派かしら？
師に二種有り 一には法 二には人
だっけ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wikipediaには1740年に開かれた寺院と書かれてますが、手前の灯籠には宝永6年(1709年)と掘られてました。それとは別の灯籠には享保5年(1720年)とありました。いずれにしても今から300年前と、久喜駅周辺の中でも歴史が古い史跡です。
Wikipedia says that the temple was opened in 1740, but the lantern in the foreground was dug in Hoei 6 (1709). Another lantern had the 5th year of Kyoho (1720). In any case, it is a historic site with a long history even around Kuki Station, 300 years ago.
