★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 積水さんは50坪台が主流で、70坪台希望の自分は結局別の所で建てる事になりましたが、とても好感持てる営業所長でした。
結局建てた後はアフターとやりとりするとは言え、やはり万が一の時最後は営業さんが私たちの泣きつく切り札ですので、こちらに住まわれているというのもプロ意識を感じて良かったです。
ただ営業所自体は広島市ですので、最初から設計士を交えてくれた他メーカーに提案力で惨敗していました。
仮に土地が見つかっていても建てていたかどうか・・・
