ネットの価格より3万高く、無愛想。
作業場まで乗る際、油まみれの手でハンドルを握り汚れた作業服でシートに座る。
通常、お客様の車を汚さない様、シートにカバーを掛けて乗るのが常識。
話しが終わり、車に戻ると助手席に鍵を置いたまま運転席の窓は全開。
防犯上の問題とホコリまみれ。
こちらに来店した事を時間を無駄にしたと思った。
車検は違う所にお願いしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付不在だったため整備をしている方に見積もりをお願いすると、「何の？」と一言だけ言われました。
車検の見積もりである事を伝え作業に入ってもらいましたが、ワイパーとボンネットを開けて軽く見ただけ。見積もりも基本的な検査料とワイパー交換とオイル交換の費用だけ出されて終わりでした。
私には終始面倒くさそうに対応しているように見えましたし、仕事も雑だと感じてしまいました。
近くに他の店舗もあるのでそちらで見積もりを依頼するとホリデー車検との違いに驚きました。
初対面の人と話す上で当たり前の事ではありますが、丁寧語を使えますし雰囲気も良かったです。作業も細かい所まで見てくれて分かりやすく説明してくれます。無理に部品交換等を勧める事も無くこちらの要望も聞いてくれます。
車検なんてどこでやっても大きな違いは無いだろうと思っていましたが、その考え方は間違いでした。それに気づかせてくれたホリデー車検さん、ありがとうございます。

It also looks at the details of the work and explains it in an easy-to-understand manner. We will listen to your request without forcibly recommending parts replacement.
I thought it wouldn't make a big difference wherever I did a car inspection, but that idea was wrong. Thank you to Holiday Car Inspection for making me aware of it.
