すごく親切、丁寧、的確に説明してくだったおかげで、すぐに決める事ができました。

何かしら中年男性の対応は人によって態度が異なります。またその方の知識からやたら引っ掛かります。個人的にあまり好感を感じませんでした。
明らかに若い女性の方が話しやすいです。
The young lady on the phone was kind. The young lady at the reception was also kind.
The attitude of middle-aged men differs from person to person. In addition, I get caught from the knowledge of that person. I personally didn't like it very much.
Obviously young women are easier to talk to.
