★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性医師と看護師の対応はよかったと思います。
急な発熱で初診でしたが問題点としては、
・受付のおばさんの処理が遅い
・問診票に記入したことを再度質問する、測定する
・待ち時間が長い 処方箋発行と会計だけでも20分くらい待つ 順番待ちは1人
・病院外にある薬局の受付も説明を簡素化し過ぎていて不親切
体調が悪くてイライラしていたところがありますが、経営者は民間を見習って効率化できるところはした方がよい。特に受付は不快だった

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜間の当番がこの病院だった為、この病院に腹痛で来院しました。
西条の大きい病院全てにこの腹痛で通いましたが、この病院はやぶでした。
過去に別の病院で処方されたが効かなかったと説明した薬と、唯一効いた薬を説明したにも関わらず、効かなかった方の薬を処方してきた。
嫌がらせか。
結局点滴しても筋肉注射をしても治らず自力で帰宅しました。
受付の対応も医師の判断もやばい。
患者の意見は無視で自分の意見だけ述べてすぐ奥へ消えていった。
二度と行かん。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建替前から妻が入院しています。
建替後、医療、看護、介護、リハビリ、それぞれのサービスの質はあがっていると思います。
また、リハビリに力を入れており、おそらく実際の単位以上に、本人に必要な訓練を実施してくださったと思います。
主治医はなかなか受入先のなかった妻の面倒をよくみてくださいました。
ケースワーカーや現場の方々は、人により対応に多少の差はあると感じますが、概ね親身に対応してくださいます。
とても感謝しています。
また今後に期待しています！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大腿骨骨折と誤嚥性肺炎でお世話になりましたが、入院中に尿路感染症になりました。主治医に治療をお願いしたら、その必要ないと言われました。退院して違う病院で診察したら、その結果、自力で尿が出せない尿閉になりました。絶対許さないから…?
ここの病院は、専門の医師と相談しない(連携が取れない)病院だと思いました。
診察や入院するなら、違う病院に行かれる方が良いです。ここに入院したら、生きて帰って来ないと、昔からの噂でしたが噂通りでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リハビリは素晴らしい。ただ入院中の食事がクソ不味い。缶詰が出て来る。入院費が滅茶苦茶高い。リハビリ以外の科は受診を控えた方が良い。
Rehabilitation is wonderful. However, the food in the hospital is crappy. Canned food comes out. The hospitalization fee is extremely high. It is better to refrain from seeing any department other than rehabilitation.

This is also an emergency hospital in Saijo.. Medical questionnaire in English? so foreigners here who can’t read Kanji can state their own situations.nice and polite staff here too.
