★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用したので使い方が分からずスタッフに聞いたところ、嫌な顔をされなげやりに説明された。頼んだ資料も嫌々取りに行くような感じで、受け取りにいくと頼んでた物と違うものを渡され、違うと言うと、それを頼まれた！と微妙にキレながら言われ、私が渡されたものは私の後に頼んでいた男の子のだ、と説明するとえ、そう？そんなはずないんだけどなぁ～？、と謝罪もなかった。結局借りたかったものは借りれず、時間の無駄。帰り際に謝りに来たけど笑いながら、失敗しちゃった(笑)みたいな感じで非常にムカついた。二度と使用しない。雑な対応をするくらいならスタッフやめたら良いと思います。

I came to apologize on the way back, but while laughing, I felt like I had failed (laughs) Never use it again. I think that you should stop the staff if you do a rough correspondence.
