Used for eyelash perm. It finishes in an hour and I am happy with the finish. The price is a little higher as there is a nomination fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まつげパーマと眉のケアで時々伺っていますが、いつも良い仕上がりで満足です。駐車場が近いともっといいのですが。急いでる時などカワトクに停めてしまいます。
I sometimes visit for eyelash perm and eyebrow care, but I am always satisfied with the good finish. It would be better if the parking lot was near. When I'm in a hurry, I stop at Kawatoku.
