★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低なお店です。以前、本当に本当に大切にしていた服を雑にプレスされ、跡が残るくらい台無しにされました。その服に関する他の要望も、一切要望通りになりませんでした。
こちらが不満を訴えても、「あなたが言ったからその通りにしたんです。」の一点張り。肌触りも、明らかに最初と違うのです。こちらが仕上がりに納得していないにもかかわらず、非を認めようともしないその態度に、あの時は正直何様かと思いました。
すぐに別のクリーニング店に行き、その仕上がりを見てもらいました。服の素材上、考えられない雑な仕上げ方との事でした。本当に大切にしていた服を、あっと言う間にだらけた服に変えられ、悔しくて仕方ありませんでした。服に対する配慮や、愛着が何もない、プロ意識の欠如している店です。その件以来、2度と利用するものかと思っています。

I couldn't help but regret that I was able to change the clothes I really cherished into clothes that were full of clothes in a blink of an eye. It is a store that lacks professionalism, with no consideration for clothes or attachment. Since that time, I think I will use it again.
