★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 書けないボールペン(ただのゴミです)を売っておきながら、わざわざ電話連絡してあげても、電話かけ直す訳でもなく、待たされたあげく、メーカー在庫確認してご連絡しますと。平日電話取れなかったから、また週末にかけ直したら、また、待たされ、発注してます、納期わかりません、調べて連絡しますと。やっと届いたから、すぐ書いて確かめようとしたら、配送業者から、嫌みを言われ。結局疲れて、電話代損して。
東急ハンズ奈良で買った私が悪いんですよね。

Even if you sell a ballpoint pen that you can't write on (it's just garbage) and contact you by phone, it doesn't mean that you will call back. I couldn't get a call on weekdays, so if I call back on the weekend, I'll be waiting again, I'll place an order, I don't know the delivery date, I'll check and contact you. I finally received it, so when I tried to write it and check it immediately, the delivery company told me that I disliked it. After all, I got tired and lost my phone bill.
I bought it at Tokyu Hands Nara, isn't it?

先日、化粧品の色を間違えてしまい、パッケージも開けていない未使用未開封のままレシートを持って次の日に店舗に行きました。こちら側のミスなのは重々承知の上ですが、未使用未開封でも交換はできないの一点張り。PL◯ZAやL◯FT、他のドラッグストアであれば快く交換してくださるのに、このような対応は残念でした。
コスメの品揃えもそれほど良くないので、ここで買われるのであれば駅をおりてすぐのマツキヨに行った方がいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プレゼント用に値札を取ってラッピングをお願いしましたが、とられたのは外箱の値札だけで、商品に挟んだ値札はバッチリそのままでした。最悪でした。モノは良かっただけに残念です。二度とこの店ではプレゼントは買いません。
I took the price tag for a gift and asked for wrapping, but only the price tag on the outer box was taken, and the price tag sandwiched between the products was just as it was. It was the worst. It's a shame because the thing was good. I will never buy gifts at this store again.
