They give you wrist bands that allow multiple entries in case you'd like to eat at the cafe or do some shopping and return. The meats are great. There are always fresh fruits, vegetables, local teas, crafts, etc. There is an onsen and restaurant too.

One is very small and free, the other is large and charged! The York Saiboku mascot is floating around outside the offices sometimes!
