ゆ	ゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も仰っていますが、InstagramのDMで質問等承りますと記載されているのに、いくら質問をしても返信が来ません。それと、以前掲載されている商品をスクショして購入できるかを聞いてみたところ、できますと言われたので専用ページを作ってくれるものかと思えばその後なんの音沙汰もありませんでした。おそらくですが、店舗で購入しようとした方がいて、ネット通販よりも店舗に来た方を優先してその方に売ってしまったのかな？と思います。もしそうなら私が連絡した時には確実に在庫があったみたいなので購入できると言った時点で在庫を確保しておくのが普通だと思いますけどね。それとも、対応するのを忘れていたのですかね？なんにせよ一度は購入できると言ったのなら、一言謝罪があるべきと思います。掲載されている商品が良いだけにお店の対応が残念です。他にもこういう対応をされた方がいるみたいなので、電話のみの対応にして、オンラインショップもやめるか今の購入したい方がDMで連絡するシステムではなく、お店の方で定期的にいくつかの商品を追加していくようにした方が良いと思いますよ。 Other people are asking, but the Instagram DM says it will accept questions, but no matter how many questions I ask, I can't get a reply.
