★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しゃくなげ湖の奥にある十字峡渓谷は紅葉の名所ですね、紅葉を堪能しながら車で一周できます、静かであまり新潟県外では知られていない名所だと思います。
 The cross gorge in the back of Lake Shakunage is a famous place for autumn leaves, and you can go around by car while enjoying the autumn leaves. I think it is a quiet and not well known place outside Niigata prefecture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 監査廊見学は、子供から大人まで楽しめます。 エレベーターで地下100㍍に降りたら、そこは真夏でも10℃の異次元空間です。 近くの物産センターで、ダムカレー食べれます。
Children and adults can enjoy the inspection corridor tour. If you take the elevator down to 100 meters underground, it will be a different dimension space of 10 degrees Celsius even in midsummer. You can eat dam curry at the nearby product center.

ダムの中の見学ができます。
時間が決まってるので調べてから行きましょう。
情報館の入り口はガラスにスモークが貼られていて中が見えないですが、四時過ぎまで入れます。
カウンターにダムカード置いてあります。
中に入れなくても景色は良いです。

蜂が多い季節は虫除けスプレーとかして行った方がいいかもです。

今はコロナの影響で、ダム内の見学ができないから、観光客が少ないんでしょうか。
ダムからの景色を見るだけでも、行った甲斐があると思える程、綺麗な景色でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紅葉の時期に行ったら綺麗だと思います。
しゃくなげ湖を周遊できる道路がありますが、道幅は狭めなので注意が必要です。
時期的にとんぼがたくさん飛んでいましたが、カメムシも大量に飛んでいました。
柵をよく見たらカメムシだらけで、服に飛んできたりして走って逃げました！！
ダムは穏やかで綺麗でした。
I think it's beautiful if you go during the autumn colors.
There is a road where you can go around Lake Saguri, but be careful because the road is narrow.
A lot of dragonflies were flying in time, but a lot of stink bugs were also flying.
When I looked closely at the fence, it was full of stink bugs, and I flew to my clothes and ran away! !!
