保証金を払う事自体は構わないのですが、ガス料金の未払いが無い事を東日本ガス自身が確認しているにも関わらず、保証金の返金が遅いです。
契約時に即金で保証金を回収するのだから、ガス料金の未払いが無いと東日本ガスで確認出来てるなら早めに返金して欲しい。
ガス会社を何社か選べるなら、極力、他のガス会社を選択した方がいいかも知れません。

住んでいるアパートが他社からこちらへ変更したため自分ではどうしようもないが、安くなるからと言っていたのに切り替えてしばらくすると基本料金をいきなり５００円も上げてきた。
また、自動検針にするので紙の検針票を発行するのに毎月１１０円取るという。
アプリの人が１１０円引きならわかるが。
営業所に電話すると料金交渉は営業マンにしてくれというので電話したが納得できる説明もなく、料金は下げられないと言われた。
結構な時間話したのでかなり電話代もかかってしまいここでも大きな損失。
５００円の値上げの際、それでも全国平均より安いと書かれていたが、県内の実家の方がはるかに安かった。
アパートの場合には家主へのリベートがあるので戸建てよりも高いのだという。
ならば、戸建てより高いと説明しておいてほしい。

プランは一人暮らしをするのに不向きなプランで不正に多く料金を取られていた。
月500円程度違っていた。
ガスの自由化もあるので無理に東日本ガスする必要は全くありません。むしろ、このような対応をされるガス会社は選ぶべきではありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知らない050〜の番号から着電があって、電車乗ってて出られないから切ってあげたのに即時に5回も電話をかけてきた。どうやらこの会社の電力プランの勧誘らしい。。。怖っ。
よくある手口らしいが、建売買ったときに、プロパンガスの設備費20万以上をぼったくられ渋々使ってるが、ボンベの交換のときに平気で花壇の植物を踏みあらしてだめにするとんでもない企業。
ちなみにここの都市ガスも使ったことありますが、何故かプロパンガスとあまり変わらない高い価格設定ですので、我孫子では都市ガスにこだわる必要性はあまりないかと。
