1日在宅していましたが呼び鈴を鳴らしもせずに不在で持ち帰り 更に不在票も入っていませんでした。 明日再配達を連絡しますが最低のサービスです

最悪。 運送会社を選べなかったのでやむを得ずこちらの運送会社に持って来てもらう事になりました。 午前中指定にしていた為、午前中ずっと待ってたのに12時になっても届かないので問い合わせるとドライバーが見落としてたとの事。見落としてたドライバーが1番悪いが電話対応してくれた女性も相当レベルが低い。 こっちは12時まで待っていたのに、人の都合も考えず12時半に行かせますと。 勝手に時間指定するな! 午前中はこちらが指定したから12時までは待ってて当然。しかし午前中を過ぎて勝手に業者側が時間指定するのはいかがなもんでしょう…。 こちらの都合などお構い無しですか? 呆れます。 時間指定を見落とされたのは今回が初めてではないのです。以前もいくら待っても来ないので追跡してみたら持出し中になってるのに電話に出た女性が『そもそも荷物はまだ営業所に届いてない』と見え透いたウソを平気でついた。 営業所のスタッフのレベルが低すぎるしドライバーさんもシッカリすべきです。 荷物を待ってる人の気持ちも考えて頂きたい。

営業所止めにすればいつでも受け取れるし、対応もいい。でも、配達スタッフのレベルは相当低い。19時〜21時指定にしたら19:01で不在票。19:15ごろに帰って電話したら「もう営業所近くまで戻ってしまってるので取りに来い」せめて電話の1本くらいしてくれと言うと「以前の配達の際、電話したけど出られませんでしたので、今回はしませんでした」なんなんこいつ。

配送業者指定の為、荷物を持込呼び鈴を鳴らすと女性が対応に出てきたが無言。着払いで送りたいと伝えると伝票とボールペンを出されまた無言。記入し終わると控えを渡され“どうも”と一言。着払いは客では無いのか?二度とここには持ち込みたくないです。他社でこんな対応をされた事は無いです。

宅配の荷物の持ち込みに初めて行きました。最初、場所がわからずナビで案内してもらい無事に到着。お客様駐車場がわからず会社内を少し運転し、入って直ぐの所にあるのを確認。荷物の持ち込みに、呼び鈴を鳴らして少し待たされ、私のお願いしますの言葉に無言の対応。これも新型コロナ禍の影響かなぁ?

営業所留置にすると深夜でも取りに行けるので便利です。何度か利用してますが、対応も良かったです。24時間営業となってますが、電話受付は終了時間が早いので注意です。初めて行く方は、場所がちょっと分かり辛いかも?

某スポーツメーカーのスニーカーを公式アプリから購入。 購入から翌々日に到着予定だが、仕事のため19時〜21時に時間指定。 到着当日、仕事を早めに切り上げたものの自宅に到着したのは19時13分。 ポストを見ると不在票。 到着時間は19時01分。 19時から21時までの指定にして何故19時ちょうどに来るのか。 こちらも19時からに時間指定している為帰宅に間に合わなかった落ち度もあるとはいえもう少し柔軟な配達は出来ないのか。 結局21時までに再度配達に来ることなく、仕方なくネットから営業所留めに変更。 変更受付は完了したがその後24時間経っても受取準備完了のメールが来ず。 宝塚営業所だけで私の荷物が30時間もの間未配達の状態に置かれている。 配送事故のリスクは考えないのだろうか。 ネット通販を使用した際に配送業者がヤマト運輸ならすぐにコンビニ受取にしておく。 そうすれば確実に受け取れるし、ドライバーさんも再配達する事も無く負担も減らせる。 佐川だと、コンビニ受取は通販サイトがコンビニ受取を指定できる場合のみに限られており、とても不便。 営業留めの指定も不在票から出ないと対応できない。 ヤマト運輸は荷物が大型でない限りは基本的に可能にも関わらずこの対応の差は何なのか。 佐川が配送業者だと正直イライラする。
