And this office was closed. I need the package first thing tomorrow morning!!!!!! THIS IS TRULY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! How can you offer delivery until 21:00 but there’s no one to speak with after 19:00?!?!?!

The customer service sucks (the guy received the phone was retarded with no capacity to understand simple questions regarding re-delivery...no offense but these guys are usually uneducated and lack the ability to communicate...), re-delivery took hours,. Awful company.
