★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/3am10:40頃上田営業所にて荷物受取。その時応対してくれた女性。マスクをしていても笑顔で接しているのがハッキリわかりました。こんな状況下だからこそではなく、きっと普段から笑顔を絶やさす接客しているのだろうと感じました。心のこもったステキな笑顔(顔は見えないけれど)ありがとう。

やる気なさそうな態度。TVの配送お願いしたが、壊れたらまずいものですか？(当たり前でしょ)とか、向き等どのようにして送ったらいいですか？とか当たり前に分かりそうなことをいちいち聞いてくる。
こんなに不安な対応ないです?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 持ち込んだ荷物が大きい物だったので、車から下ろすお手伝いをお願いしたんですが、閉店ギリギリの時間にもかかわらず嫌な顔せずに3人も来てくれました(^^)
受付のお姉さんは、説明も丁寧だし仕事もめちゃくちゃ早かったです！

上田市街地から車で20分くらいですね。
近場に駅がないので、徒歩の場合は大変かもしれないです、、、
店員の対応は、いつ行ってもまんぞくです！
駐車場も広く、停めれないなどはないと思います。
駐車場は、宅配トラックや大型トラックなども
たまに入ってくるので注意してください。
