挙げ句 との理由。センター止めで依頼したにも関わらず留守の家に持っていき玄関先に起きましたとかあり得ません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 忙しい営業所なので時間がかかるかも。でも接客が悪い訳ではないと思います。マップでは17時までとなっていますが、20時まで大丈夫ですよ。

1度目は、車の部品を通販で購入したら、トラック内で重い荷物の下敷きになっていたようで、壊れた状態で届きました（保険で新品をもらえたのでそこは安心しました）。
2度目も通販で、時間指定を18:00〜21:00にしたのに、15時頃に来て不在票を入れていく。何のための時間指定ですか。
