一年ほど前、予期せぬ荷物が届けられ、その後不在票をもらっていたが、仕事の都合で家に帰れず、四日ぶりに帰宅すると不在票の山。
急いで再配達を申し込んだところ、すぐにやってきた。
謝ろうと思っていたが、次の
「何度も再配達したんですけど」
「不在票そのままでしたよね？」
という言葉にその気持ちも消し飛んだ。
こちらの事情も知らないで好き勝手に言ってくれるもんですね。
再配達が大変なのはわかるし、迷惑もかけたが口にだして言われると不快なものです。
コンビニ受け取りもできないし、営業所も六日町しかないのでとても不便。
できることなら二度と使いたくない。
アマゾンなども配達業者を選ばせてくれればいいのに。
