よくわかりませんが、再配達で届けてもらった荷物に「このシールは配達前に必ずはがすこと」と書かれた不在時に荷物に貼る?謎のシールが貼ったまま届けられました。遅い時間に届けてもらった身ではありますが、仕事が適当なのかなと思ってしまいます。

不在票すら入っていないのに追跡してみたら勝手に持ち帰ったとの記載。翌日配達中となり夜の九時過ぎまで待ったがこの日も届かず。明日はどうなるのか。人の大切な荷物を何の連絡もなしに不在票もなしに勝手に持ち帰りしたり配達中なのに配達せずに持ち歩くのやめてください!!!星一つすらつけたくない!前もこのような事があった!忙しいのは皆さんどの仕事も同じ!大変なのは皆さんどの仕事も同じ!時期で多忙な時は確かにあるだろうけども、どの仕事も皆効率を考え動き、皆頑張っている!お宅だけが大変なのではない!人としての常識をもて!人様の荷物を何の連絡もなく不在票もないのに入れたことにして何日も持ち歩くな!ここまであたまにきたのははじめてです!ほどがある!!

配送業者としては一番ダメだね。電話対応が良くても、ちゃんと配達されないのは、企業として役割と責任を果たしていない。ヤマトよりも劣る。恥ずかしいと思わないのか? 結論、佐川急便での配送するネットショップでは買わない。

午後に頼んだ荷物が届くとのことで家で待っていたが、一向に来ず。ネットでステータス確認すると不在の為持ち帰ったとあった。チャイムや不在票など無し。受け取る為に在宅していたのにこういう事をされると本当にムカつくし時間が無駄になる。それ以前に来てもいないのに持ち帰りとは?佐川は配達員にどういう教育をしているのか?ヤマト運輸はちゃんとした仕事をしています。不在なら不在票もちゃんと入れるし、対応もいい。佐川急便!テキトーな事するなら配達なんかしないでください。今後は佐川とヤマトを選べるならヤマトにします。みなさんもこんな会社利用しないほうがいいです。

時間指定の意味の無さ。今日の午前中に日付指定してるのに、昼過ぎても来ず。問い合わせしたらまさかの集荷営業所から輸送中。指定の時間帯に荷物が岩手にすらありませんでした。結局配達されたのは午後7時半。「配達遅くなりました〜」って、もっと他に言うこと無いの?宅配員の方は文句言う隙もないくらいサーと居なくなりました。今日は宅配便のために予定も入れずにずっと自宅で待ってたんですけど。 人手不足で大変な話はよく聞きますが、その時間帯に来られないならせめて一報よこすべきでは?これも今回が初めてじゃありません。これじゃお客さんの信頼も無くなりますよ。

代引きでの事前連絡なし!高額の代引きでも連絡ありません。朝から晩までいつ来るのか待機で、本当に使えない佐川!また、時間指定も出来ない。時間指定できないのは佐川の都合。荷物の扱いも荒い。たまに、不在票入って無くて追跡見ると持ち帰りになってるときもある。良いこと無い。

pcパーツの交換品を配達して貰ったのですが、指定時間を過ぎても届かない。 伝票に連絡先書いてあるのに連絡すらない。 遅れてきた事に対して「すみません」の一言すらない。 何ならグラボ何使ってますか?って聞いてくる。 気になるのは分かるし、話し合う人だと嬉しくもなるが先に言う事あるだろ? 個人の荷物だから、そいつ1人の予定狂うとかその位で済んだかもしれんが、これ企業とかだったら仕事出来ないとかって可能性もあるだろ? 連絡入れるとか、荷物遅れそうな時一言言うとか、テンプレでも良いから作ってやるべきでは? いつも配達してくれてありがたいと思って居たが、流石に今回のはガッカリした。 星2個はいつも配達ありがとう、って事で

お荷物お届け予定日お知らせ通知がきて、12/24の12時から14時に日時指定していて待っていたが15時近くなっても荷物が来ず問い合わせをすると、配達員が朝に忘れて行ってしまったとのこと。 こちらは指定時間内にきちんと在宅して待っていたのだから事前連絡くらい欲しかった。 その電話で次の日25日の19時から21時に指定し直ししたが、25日朝に夜出かける予定が入ってしまったので問い合わせ電話にて12時から14時に変更を頼むと承りましたとの事。 しかし結局その日も15時近くまで来ず、再度問い合わせを電話で。 問い合わせ窓口からの連絡が配達員さんに行っていなかったとの事。 ここでも時間指定内に来られないなら事前連絡が欲しかった。 仕方なく26日の12時から14時に指定し直し、当日、やっと荷物を持ってきた配達員さんから 「この時期再度営業所に昼間戻る事がないから遅い時間帯のを早めるのは無理なんです。」 と強めの口調で言われた。 何故きちんとした連絡をこちらからわざわざ取り承りましたと確実に言われていたのに、こちらが悪いみたいな言い方をされなければいけないのか。 元はと言えば、配達員さんが初日に荷物を積み忘れ、その連絡がこちらになかったのが始まりである。 配達が無理なら承らなければいい。 以前からこちらの会社の配達は時間指定していても時間内にこなかったりと問題があったが、堪忍袋の緒が切れたというものである。 正直もう利用したくない会社だが、ネット注文などでは店舗側が運送会社を指定しているので、こちらがお金がかかってもいいから運送会社を指定できるようにして欲しいものだ。
