★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 届けられた荷物の外袋が中身が見えるほど大きく破れていたり、明らかに他の荷物が落とされたような段ボール(われもの注意のラベルあり)の破損が2回連続でありました。これらの破損が配達のかたに「ありがとうございます」と言って、玄関の扉を閉めてから気付きます。コロナ禍で配達量の増加で大変な中、忙しさでお仕事をされてると思いますが、せめて一言、破損を伝えてくれるとまた気持ちも違うのです。
The outer bag of the delivered package was torn so large that the contents could be seen, and the cardboard (labeled with our caution) was damaged twice in a row, apparently as if other packages had been dropped. You will notice these damages after closing the front door, saying "Thank you" to the delivery person. I think that you are busy working while it is difficult due to the corona damage and the increase in delivery volume, but at least one word, it makes me feel different again if you tell me the damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2個荷物があり、不在で受け取れなかったため、一つだけ営業所引き取りに変更すればもうひとつも自動的に営業所で受け取れるだろうと思いこんでいましたがもう一つはまさかの持ち出し中との事。これは確実にこちらのミスですが、受付の女性に謝罪され、後で自宅に配達に来てくださった男性配達員もご迷惑おかけしましたと謝罪。会社の教育がいいですね。佐川最高です！
I had two pieces of luggage and couldn't pick them up because I was absent, so I thought that if I changed to pick up only one, the other would automatically be picked up at the sales office, but the other was being taken out. This is definitely a mistake here, but the woman at the reception apologized, and the male deliveryman who later came to my house for delivery also apologized for the inconvenience. I like the education of the company. Sagawa is the best!

対応もかなり塩で不快感を持った。
