★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約３年前に建てたけど完成するまではほんと～～～～～にいろいろありましたね。そのたびにクレームを言って謝ってもらったりと・・・都度、サービスはしてもらったので結果安くなりましたけど
一生懸命やってくれてはいたと思いますが、こちらにもある程度知識と見る目がないとちょっと不安かな？と思います。
あと、大体の人が最初で最後の買い物になるんじゃないかと思います。
もう少し、こうしたら便利ですよとかこうしたらどうですか？とか提案をしてくれると良いんですが・・・残念ながら無かったように思います。３年前だったので少しは成長されていれば良いのですが
ローコスト、ハウスメーカーそれぞれ一長一短はあるのでは？と思います。
自分自身がしっかり知識をもって、しっかり話しあってから決めることですね。

もう半年以上なーんにも連絡してきません。

あのショールームでいい！と感じる人はいるのか…階段とか技術の差がでるが、みれないし統一感もなく、住みたいと感じなかった
他社が色々と流れの早い環境の変化についていっている中、一昔前でそれがよいと信じている感じ
分業しているから、担当によって明暗を分ける

仕上がりは想像以上に良く出来
いて大変満足でした。
近所への気遣いも挨拶や終わりの知らせを、配って下さったり、車も気遣ってくれました。契約時もイロイロ説明も細かく分かりやすくしてくれて助かりました。
唯一物足りなかったことは、やはり完成予想図が想像しにくかったことと、サンプルと色味が少し違うのでその点を何かもっと仕上がりに近い完成図が見れるともっと良かったと思います。

家を間違っていると作業員に指摘したところ、不在だから始めていたとのこと。
しかも復旧の際に無断で拙宅の水道を使われた。
作業員に事柄の説明を求めたが的を得ない。
会社の担当者からの連絡を依頼したにも関わらず、一切連絡が来ない。
確認するという当たり前のことができていない。対応に常識がないし、その上指揮命令も破綻している。
こういうことしていると、そのうち大きな施工ミスでもするんじゃない？
