あ	あやちんとミミ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あんまり年寄りのスタッフを使い続けてるのはどうなのかとおもった。過払いぶんの健康保険料の戻しがあると通知をうけたのだが、記入内容に関して懸念点があったので確認のため持参。担当にあたったスタッフは、ずいぶん年寄りなんだなと思ったがとにかく懸念点話したところ「大丈夫大丈夫！その心配ないから必要事項記入して出していって」とのことで安心したのもつかのま。数日後、訂正箇所付箋つきで返信されてき、また行かなきゃならなくなった！結局わたしの懸念した通りだったよ、、人によるかもしれないけど、こういうの本当に勘弁してくれ。毎年２月から開始する市民税申告系統で担当してくれる会議室の女のスタッフは感じがよく安心する。 I wondered why I keep using the old staff. S	Samuel Soto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a helpful place, they even offer interpreters in english and spanish for free to ask questions. This city hall goes above and beyond, the best one and friendliest one I have ever experienced.

Some of the staff are really inflexible and lack empathy—like the younger guy who refused to allow me to renew my My Number card when a kinder official at the My Number office near the train station had stated it was possible. Others go out of their way to be helpful—like the woman who helped make sure that my visit to pick up my new card went as smoothly as possible.
