★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車のスペアキーを紛失してしまい鍵開けと、鍵穴からの鍵作成を依頼しました。到着も速く、鍵開けと作成で30分程だったので驚きました。とても親切な対応でした。本当に助かりました。
 I lost my car spare key and asked to unlock it and create a key from the keyhole. I was surprised that the arrival was quick and it took about 30 minutes to unlock and create. It was a very kind response. That was a really big help.

昼に電話をして夜には来てくださり、助かりました。
