本当に酷い接客です。舐めてかかられます。 雑貨の100円セールをやっていて通りがかりに少し立ち止まったところ、すぐに店員さんがきてマシンガントークで着物まで誘導されました。雑貨はほぼ見れず。 着物も100円セールをしていて、「着物はどんな柄がお好みですか?」「こんな感じ好きですねー」ととりあえず側にあった着物を適当に指して答えたら何故かその着物を買う流れに。着物も全然選ばせてもらえませんでした。100円ですが、すごく嫌な気持ちに。 購入時には住所や電話番号を書かされ、営業の電話がしつこくかかってきます。 来週には帯が安くなるから、着付けは無料だから、職人の講演会があるから、と何かと次回の予約を取りたがります。 ただ安いのは確かなのと、着物に若干興味があったこともあり、着付けの予約をとって後日また伺うことに。 着付けの日、いくつか着物を合わせていただきました。お店は職人との結びつきが強いらしく、職人と着物のお話は面白かったのですが、すごく気に入った着物について「これおいくらだと思いますか?実は…全部でこれくらい(50万)でして…。でも着物を広めたいのと、お客様だけ特別に…このお値段(9万)でいかがでしょう?」と、値段は電卓でこそっと。不愉快です。職人がーと熱弁してそれですか。職人にも客にも失礼すぎます。本当にいいものであれば50万でも全然買いますが、理由なく(廃棄が近い、若干失敗がある等)そんなに安くできるそれは本当にいいものか不信感が強いです。職人が希望した値下げなら、堂々と開示すればいい。 失礼ながらまずここで安い着物を購入させてもらい、慣れてきた頃に気に入った高い着物でも買って、行事の際は着て行こうかと思っていましたが、意味のわからない大幅値下げによって価値が怪しくなった着物はもう絶対に買いませんし、このお店には生涯いくことはないです。前に接客がよかった別の着物店に通うことにしました。すごく素敵な着物だったのに…。謎の予約や数多くの試着等のぐいぐい来られるのは個人的には平気なので、この値段の提案さえなければ今も通ってたと思います。着物が素敵だっただけに、とても胸糞悪いです。

こちらのお店は最初の1着を買った後が大変です。 最初の着物はそれは納得して買ったので、そこまでは良かったのですが、その後の営業が大変にしつこいです。 イベント参加、もしくは買った物を受け取るたびに作家モノの強引な営業があります。 勿論呉服屋さんですから、営業があるのも当たり前だとは思います、しかし20〜30代程度の若い世代が、そんな高価な物を易々と買えるはずはありません。 手の届く範囲のものを勧めてくれれば勿論考えるのですが、決まって高価な作家モノなのは何故でしょうか。 着物は素材や手間が掛かっている物なので高いことは承知です。大幅に値下げをさせてまで買うつもりもなく、正直に身の丈に合わないと言っても、値段を下げるからと囲み込んで、2時間近く平気で帰してくれないのが悪質だと感じます。 それも、客自身に選ばせるのならまだしも、お店側の人が選んだ物にも関わらず、誘導尋問でさもこちらが気に入ったかのように言ってくるのも腹が立ちます。 そんな適当な営業で、こんな高価な物を客がホイホイ買うと思ったら大間違いです。 それに買えない人間に物を売ろうとするのは、お互いに時間の無駄でしかありません。 営業の仕方をきちんと考えた方が良いと思います。 1番の問題はカードの分割払いをいきなり勧めてくる事です。総額を出して、すぐに年単位の分割払いを提案してきます。 3桁万円のローンを一般客に簡単に勧めるのはどうなんでしょう? 今時こんな営業って合法なんですか? 呉服屋さんってみんなこんなものなんでしょうか? 着物を広めたい、着物を好きな人が増えて欲しいとの触れ込みで売り出しているようですね。 勿論営業トークの一部なのでしょうが、このような酷い売り方をしていては、着物屋、引いては着物離れを加速させる結果に繋がりかねないと思います。 非常に残念です。
