r	r k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年もずっとこちらの薬局を使用してきました。病院に近いという理由です。男性の薬剤師の態度が最悪です。今回処方薬をジェネリックで出されたので今使っているのと製剤同じものが欲しいと言うと先生の指示にはないと先生が悪いような言い方で言い返されました。この時点で最悪な態度です。薬剤作る前に早く言えと言われました、それはその通りですが、ジェネリックで作るかどこの会社で作るかなどは私は分かりません、最初に言った方がいいかどうかも分かりません。薬剤師が最初に聞いてくれないと分からないし、ただ他の薬局では聞かれた気がします。成分は一緒か？と聞くと、主成分は一緒なのでだいたい同じと言われました。が、調べたところ成分は違うものが１つありアトピー患者にとってはどんな些細なことでも成分が違えば気になるし悪化もするし命取りです。なので、アトピーだから少しでも成分が違うと気になるので作り直して欲しい、ダメですか？と聞くとダメだけど作り直す、心底面倒な対応言い方で信じられないです、ダメだけどって言葉がなにしろ信じられない、今作ったものもムダになると言われる、こちらはアトピーが悪化しないように毎日いろいろな物を気にして生きています、酷い状態の時は外にも出られない程の症状になったりもするからです、本当に酷すぎる対応でした。全ての病気の人にも同じ対応をとるのでしょうか？病気で苦しんでいるのにこの対応は本当にありえないです。もしこの薬局を使っている方やこれから行こうと考えている方がいるなら違う薬局を使う事をおすすめます。薬剤師いぜんに人としてありえない対応です、そんな方に薬剤を調合されるのはもう怖いです。子どもの調剤もここに通っていましたもう二度と行きません。女性の方はとても良い人ですが、男性の方は本当にありえません。 I have been using this pharmacy for years.
