荷物の追跡で金曜日に配達営業に届いたので日曜日に配達してほしいと依頼すると別途料金が発生するとのこと。
こんな業者に二度と依頼しないでほしいと送り主に連絡した。

さい配を依頼するも（２４時間以上先）
配達できるか解らないと 宣われました。
あと 配達前要電話と依頼しましたが
それも 守られませんでした。
時間も 期限ぎりぎりだし‥（今回で二度目だし＝改善とか反省の姿勢なし）
電話で抗議するも １９時台なのに 受付ません。
皆さん 不愉快でひどい目に遭いたくなければ
西濃さんは 使うのは 控えましょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライバーの態度も悪いし、営業所にクレーム入れてもとぼける始末。物流業界は似たり寄ったりな感じでしょうが、二度と使いたくない業者です。最悪です、ほんっとに最悪。キチガイとかかわりあいたくなかったら、この業者を使わないことをお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西濃運輸側から、時間指定は出来ないので、明日の１番遅くに時間に配達しますと言われた時間にひたすら待つも来ず、、（私は午前中がよかったのですが、西濃では時間指定が大まかでも出来ないなら仕方ないかと思い、、）が、しかし、その指定日夜21時半を回っても来ず、ネット上では１８時に店舗から持ち出しとなっていて配達中の表示。しかしあまりに遅いので不安になり電話してみると、ドライバーとこの時間は電話は繋がらないと言われ、、きっと１８時に持ち出したものの、配達に間に合わなかったので明日になるかもとのこと。西濃側から折り返しが来なかったら明日という事で、、と言われ（それもそれで折り返さないとは少しいい加減な気が。。）結局折り返しもなく荷物は来ませんでした。。。不在だったら再配達は申し訳ないなと思い、予定をずらして待っていたのですが、、少し前にかけた電話対応の女性の対応もいい加減で、とっても残念な気持ちになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何かを低評価するときは高評価をしているところと比較しています。迅速な配達をする佐川急便とヤマト運輸が普通なのか、それとも西濃運輸が普通でないのか。どちらにせよ知名度と歴史ある西濃運輸なのに実にもったいない。人手不足やシステムに問題なのか、はたまた経営難なのでしょうか。確かに低料金でやっているのは分かります。今後益々物流は必要とされます。なんとか問題点を解決して便利な運送屋さんになってほしいです。なんて自分の品物を待ちながら考えてしまいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カヤックを山陰地方の実家に送りました。営業所止めで、向こうで受け取るのも大変ですが。こちらでは車のルーフトップからカヤックを下ろすのを5人がかりで手伝っていただいたり、受付のお姉さんに親切に丁寧にご案内いただきました。
