略	略称TaKo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/10 昼営業もされていますが、今回は夜の営業時間にお邪魔しました。メニューは２種類ロース、大きさを選べ、ひれ、エビ、チキン、カレーもあります。種類が多く、色々な組み合わせがあります。本日は❝特選ロースカツ定食レギュラー￥1600❞をいただきました。揚げ色は薄く、衣のパン粉は細かいタイプ。そして薄付けですが、カリっとした食感はしっかり目です。衣の薄さとは裏腹にお肉は厚めのカット。噛むと予想以上に柔らかく、口の中に豚肉特有の旨味が強く広がります。旨い！「瀬戸もみじ豚」が良質のお肉というのが一発で分かります。タレにはうずらの卵が乗っており、溶いて大根おろしと共に浸けていただきます。おそらく出汁醤油ベースのタレですが、サッパリ！お肉の旨味を生かしてカツがどんどん進みます(^^) 卓上の調味料には一応ソースも有ります。そして、御飯、キャベツ、味噌汁はおかわり自由。トンカツ屋さんでよくあるサービスですが、当たり前と思わない様、感謝していただきたいですね('ω') 食後はセルフですがコーヒーをこれまた無料サービス！店内の席はテーブル、ソファー、掘りごたつ式の座敷と、多人数で訪れても充分座れます。駐車場は店舗前に３台分有ります。支払いはPayPay使用可です。 2021/10 It is open during the day, but this time I visited during the evening hours.
