★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当してくれた方の態度がとても悪い。私はスタッフさんが良ければ買うタイプですが、全然買いたいと思わなかったし、親身になってくれなかった。そんな態度なら話しかけてこないでほしい。
 The attitude of the person in charge is very bad. I would buy it if the staff were good, but I didn't want to buy it at all, and I was not kind to me. If you have such an attitude, please do not talk to me.

ウォータースタンドも体験させていただきテンション上がりました。
お店の方も丁寧な説明で、二つの商品を購入しました。
入浴が楽しみで香りに癒されてます。

知識量もしっかりしていて、今はなかなか入手できない商品の匂いに近いものを探していたら、それに近い香りを案内してくれました。
もっと甘めの……もう少し瑞々しさを……とこちらの細かい要望にもしっかり対応してくれて、おかげさまで新しく好きな香りも出来ました。
接客業によくある事務的な商品案内ではなく、店員さん自身の言葉で伝えてくれるので、とても分かりやすかったです。
明るくニコニコ丁寧に対応されているので、気持ちよくお買い物が出来ました。
SABONは都内にあちこちありますが、あのお姉さんに接客してもらえるならまた立ち寄りたいと思えました。

It was sweeter ... a little more fresh ... and responded firmly to these detailed requests, and thanks to you, I was able to create a new and favorite scent.
It was very easy to understand because the clerk told me in his own words instead of the clerical product information that is common in the hospitality industry.
It was cheerful and polite, so I was able to shop comfortably.
SABON is everywhere in Tokyo, but I wanted to stop by again if that older sister could serve me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クレジットカードの機械が壊れてて，決済まで30分以上待たされた。お詫びでサンプル多めにくれるかなってちょっと期待したけど，他のお客さんと同じだった。すごく待ったのにな｡｡｡これだったらネットで買えばよかった。
My credit card machine broke and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for payment. I apologized for the inconvenience and expected more samples, but it was the same as other customers. I've been waiting so long .. If this was the case, I should have bought it online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 香りを比べてから選びたかったので香りを試させて欲しいとお願いしましたが、香りが沢山あるのである程度絞っていただかないとわからなくなると言われました。絞るもなにも比べてみなければ好きな系統の香りでも実際試したら好みでないこともあるし、種類が多かったとしても8種類の香りを試すぐらいスムーズにさせてほしい。他の店舗では香りのテスターがあったし、全ての香りを試させて貰えないなんてとても不親切。他の店舗ではいつも丁寧に対応してくれるのでガッカリでした。
I wanted to compare the scents before choosing, so I asked them to try the scents, but I was told that there are so many scents that I wouldn't know unless I squeezed them to some extent. If you don't squeeze anything, you may not like the scent of your favorite strain when you actually try it, and even if there are many types, I want you to make it as smooth as trying 8 types of scents. There were scent testers at other stores, and it was very unfriendly to not let me try all the scents. I was disappointed because other stores always respond politely.
