ぽ	ぽん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正確には鯖江商工会議所ではなく、Monsieurエクレアのポップアップストアの口コミですが… 鯖江って税金の使い方が正しいよなーと思う。歴史のみちとかも風情があって素敵だし、西山公園中心の街造りもうまいし。牧野市政の人気が分かる。(…だけに、茶髪の新市長に些か不安を感じるw) 商工会議所の中もめちゃくちゃ洗練されてて思わずパチリ。 ---------------------- さて、コロナ感染拡大の影響で(誰なんだ、こんなときにフラフラと飲み歩いたり、不要不急で県外行ったり来たり…?)、実店舗のオープンが延びてしまったそうで、県内各地でポップアップストアをオープンされてるmonsieurエクレアさん。(詳しくはInstagramを！) 以前一度だけいただいた際に、イナズマに打たれたような感動を覚えたので、予約して来訪！相変わらず笑顔で感じのいいシェフ✨ お味もやはり間違いなかった！箱を開けた瞬間から匂いに惚れます。バニラビーンズもたっぷり使われた質の良いお菓子に再び感動? 鯖江商工会議所のポップアップストアは月曜日と水曜日だけだそうで、忙しいビジネスマンには入手困難だな…?早くコロナ終息してほしい！がんばってくださいシェフ！ To be exact, it is not the Sabae Chamber of Commerce, but the review of the Monsieur Eclair pop-up store ...
